I design with people, not just for them. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a willingness to stay open to where the process leads. Rather than starting with a fixed outcome, I believe the best solutions emerge when we listen deeply, explore creatively, and allow space for unexpected insights.

To me, design is a tool for impact. It’s a way to make systems, experiences, and communities work better for the people within them. Not only addressing real needs, but also intentionally including others in the process by inviting contribution, collaboration, and shared ownership.

I believe everyone brings something valuable to the table. Each person has unique strengths, perspectives, and lived experiences, and the most meaningful solutions come from designing in a way that recognizes and uses those differences. My goal is to create processes that help people contribute in ways that are natural to them, so they can thrive while building something better together.

Ultimately, I design to create thoughtful, human-centered change where both the outcome and the people involved are stronger because of the process.
